Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each magnet is individually handcrafted using air-dry clay. Slight variations, small imperfections, or minor differences in shape, texture, paint, or finishing may occur. These are a natural characteristic of handmade products and make every piece unique.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, monitor, or mobile device display.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:
* Clear photos of the item.
* Photos or videos showing the damage.
* Photos of the original packaging.
* Your order number or proof of purchase.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
* A full refund, or
* A replacement, when applicable.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please contact us.

If our investigation confirms that your package has been lost in transit and has not been delivered, we will issue a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible, as each item is handmade specifically for your order.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
