Shipping Policy

We currently ship to European Union (EU) countries and the United Kingdom (UK).

Orders are shipped from Portugal using CTT.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Once a package leaves Portugal, tracking updates depend on the postal service in the destination country. In some countries, tracking may become limited or stop updating after the package has left Portugal.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary due to customs, postal delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Optional Tracked Shipping
Customers who prefer a shipping option with tracking may request it for an additional shipping fee, where available.
