3. Handmade Products
All products sold by Madebysabri are handmade and made to order.
Each item is individually sculpted, painted, and finished by hand. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, texture, paint, or finishing may occur. These variations are normal and make every piece unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor, or mobile device settings.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Madebysabri reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect information, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are detected.
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully received.
5. Production Time
All products are handmade after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (€).
Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Payments
Orders will only begin production once full payment has been successfully received.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Portugal using CTT or another shipping carrier when necessary.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Madebysabri is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking availability depends on the destination country and the shipping service selected.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Madebysabri is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
