Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Tracking

Please note that once a package leaves Portugal, tracking updates depend on the postal service in the destination country. In some countries, tracking may become limited or stop updating after the package has left Portugal.

Made to Order

All items are handmade to order.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be carefully handcrafted before it is shipped. Shipping time begins after the production period has been completed.

Lost Packages & Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
If our investigation confirms that the package has not been delivered, a full refund will be issued.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a refund, you must provide clear photos and videos showing the damage to both the item and its packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued.
